Who can see your information
- Talent Pool visibility: Job seekers can choose whether their profile is public.
- Companies: May view applicant details when you apply for their job.
- Admins: Platform admins can view submissions to manage operations.
Data retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion via the Contact page.
Security
We use standard security practices (password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls). No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve.
