OraCareers is a specialist talent network for the Oracle ecosystem.
Why a specialist platform
On a general job board, Oracle expertise collapses into a single line: “Oracle DBA, 8 years”. That tells a hiring manager almost nothing. Whether someone has run E-Business Suite R12.2 rather than R12.1, or Database 19c rather than 23ai, routinely decides whether they can do a particular job.
OraCareers records Oracle skills against a structured taxonomy — technology family, product, specialization, module and version — so a search for Fusion HCM does not return unrelated database work, and a candidate’s real depth is visible rather than inferred from keywords.
How we treat candidate data
Candidate profiles are private by default. A CV is never a public file: it is stored outside the web root and released only to a verified employer with a genuine relationship to the candidate — an application, or explicit consent. Every access is recorded.

OraCareers is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation, and it is not an official Oracle recruitment channel. Oracle product names appear here only to describe the skills and roles our users work with.
