What we collect

When you create a profile we collect your name, email address and the professional information you choose to provide: your Oracle skills, work history, certifications, location and work preferences. If you upload a CV, we store that file.

How your profile is shared

Candidate profiles are private by default. Your visibility setting controls who can discover your profile, and you can change it at any time. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your CV

Your CV is treated as a private document, separately from your profile visibility. Making your profile discoverable does not make your CV downloadable. A CV is released only to:

• you, the owner;
• a verified employer to whose role you have applied;
• a verified employer you have given explicit consent to; or
• a platform administrator, for support or moderation.

CV files are stored outside the public web directory. No web address points at them. Every download is recorded with who accessed it, when, and the reason access was permitted.

Email

We use your email address to verify your account, to let you reset your password, and to send notifications you have asked for. Every non-essential email includes a way to stop receiving it.

Security

Passwords are stored using a one-way hash and are never recoverable in readable form. Access to your data is checked on every request, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

You can view, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, contact us.
